I'm working my butt off and only managing to average around 200 lph. At my previous job, I had tougher dicators, but I could easily produce over 250 lph. I'm really starting to get frustrated. I love my account. Like I said compared to my previous job, these dictators are a dream.

Would you mind telling me which company you are working for? I'd really like to stick with ExText. TIA
