If you're an employee but can have a flexible, how does this work?

Will they allow flexibility as long as you work a certain amount of hours or make a certain amount of lines per week?

Anyone know of any companies that let you work within a 24 hour time window? sm - Is there one out there?

    - I would think it is a certain amount of hours or lines a DAY. But not employee, so can't say - for sure. nm
