I have never NOT received what I requested for a sample and even received the reports back with the blanks filled in so that I know what it was. The problem may be that we have a LOT of work and some accounts don't want one single blank. QA is probably overloaded. This is the BEST place I have ever worked. I can't say enough good about it from the top on down. If you are constantly requesting copies of everything under the sun because you won't or can't make copies on your own to refer to, then you may have a problem and I would suggest you back up and listen more than once. It doesn't take long to figure out when a doc says the same thing over and over, so make your own reference reports or normals and keep editing until you get it down.
