My AM (I work for ZyloMed) sounds very much like you. She is WONDERFUL, honest, respectful, and open-minded. I worked previously for 5 years for a woman who I really liked a lot friend-wise, but who made my 8-10 work-a-day life soooo stressful it was very usually far from pleasant. I have the utmost respect for my current AM/QA in every sense of the word and I sincerely believe she must be very much like you, TechSupport, in her thinking and in her handling of her MTs and her career.

Thank you so much for posting so others can know there really ARE folks like you out there.
