I'm a QA person and at my office, we are told NOT to give feedback anymore unless is it something really important and necessary because they have jacked up our production requirement so high. I find this very aggravating as part of my job is to help MTs out and it is what I enjoyed the most - now, we are just like a mass assembly line instead of functioning in the capacity we are told to. Just remember, sometimes we are only doing what we are told too when we don't get back to you. It's unfortunate but at my large company, things are changing for the worse all the time.
