I was just wondering because I just started this job and am still learning account specifics. I asked this QA how did they want something done...................She never answered me but then a couple of days later I got a real nasty e-mail stating how I done something wrong.

This particular QA has always been nasty in her e-mails. Her e-mails are always long-winded and derogatory (I have only recieved 2 from her so far and that is qutie enough).
