I get paid per hour. In those 8 hours I give 100%. This practice some people have of spending 50-60 minutes in one report, or typing on a second job during those hours, etc is ridiculous. Lets keep the standard where it needs to be, get paid by the hour, and just have good work ethics. Is that so hard to do?
