I had the same experience. No account specs! How in the world was I supposed to QA and send feedback with no account specs? There is no communication at all. No IT, no account specs, no training, no work! The FTP site didn't even work correctly. I have never experienced anything like this before. It was strange! They didn't even care or ask where I went. It's like they forgot I was hired. I wanted to quickly forget I was hired too!
