I haven't had any direct experience with them. I did talk with them a year or so ago. They seemed very nice and more of the old school MTSO in that they required a certain number of lines (I think this is correct) rather than the time clock mentality, said they were very flexible. At that time I believe they were willing to take newbies provided they could pass their test. I live in the part of the country where they are located. I guess they are growing if they are advertising. The downside was that their pay was so low I wouldn't even consider it but they were even very nice about my thoughts on that. At that time they said they didn't do VR and had no plans to implement it. They also said they balanced their clients needs with the MTs needs so there was no running out of work. Personally I would rather work for 6 cpl and have work than to work for 15 CPL and have no work. The paycheck would probably look better too.
