Is it ok to post fun messages?
I have a fun question ask everyone: what (and yes I am saying what not who we don't want names) What was the worst doctor you had to type for? I have typed for doctors from Bolivia, Portugal, and Czech all with English as their second language.. I could do them just fine after I figured out the basics. The worst doctor I ever typed for was from Texas. WOW could that man garble a sentence and fast - oh my gosh he talked fast. English was his first and only language.

Someone just asked about Task. There are a few replies below. I was one of them who got interviewed, but as soon as she got on the phone with me she wanted more of a time committment. I can tell you they're lookin for someone to give at least 20-40 hours per week. Good luck.

are from the same person, and obviously not a recruiter. Just someone looking for something to do. A recruiter is way too busy to monitor this board and make these replies. Just my $.02.

Sad but true, but at least no more NJA messages.
I suppose all the Indians will be cussing us out as the work gets offshored back to the shores.
Although, and even though we joke, to a degree that has happened in some industries already. While they still maintain the largest portion of things like the tech industry, a noticeable portion has started to be offshored to places like the Ukraine and parts of Africa as the Indian wages have risen to fill the demand for employees.
You kinow, I get mixed messages with that.
There have been job applications that want to know every single thing, even what were you doing when you were unemployed, and they want the dates for that. I have had people complain when I didn't. However, I would rather put job experience pertaining to the position I am trying to get.

MTs, where there is no discipline displayed in public, there will certainly not be any in private after you're with the company. This should be extremely educational. Why anybody but the absolute newbies would go with this company after these recent posts is beyond me.
I know with Yahoo you can save messages
to your computer. You would have to play around to find it, but I know it's there because I can see all of my past msgs and they are time/date stamped.

are about a dozen. If you will click on one of those links there are usually several other posts where others have responded to the same questions you are asking. Someone has started a private Transtech board within the last few weeks, but there is tons of stuff about Transtech on MTStars.

if what you mean by looking for more is you want someone to tell you it's great, then here - IT'S SO GREAT, I MAKE MAD MONEY THERE, they let me work whenever I want and there is always tons of work and OT offered on all these easy accounts with normals. I think I'll retire with this company.

I think Larry must have left that one out in the conference I was in yesterday. It is hard to know if issues are purposefully being clouded (so we don't leave right away) or if like you say, they just really don't know. I would like know to the truth about whether CB, DJ, etc did only find out a few days ago. I guess ultimately it really doesn't matter does it.
Yes, and even if they are saying IC and SE are available, you are right, everything is followed with the foreseeable future disclaimer, or I think or I believe. I know with MQ, eventually SE gave way to IC which gave way to total employee no choice, stay or go. .... ....

A few weeks ago I went to my clinic where they had recently implemented EHR or EMR, whichever you call it, and the doctor's back was to me the whole time he and I conversed because his nose was stuck in his laptop. To me, it felt a little more impersonal, but I understand he was doing what he had to do, but it seems like the bedside manner may go to the wayside if the doctors can't even look at you when they are asking you questions or you are speaking to him/her. I know this is relevant to your original post, but just an interesting fact that I had not anticipated. Anyone else experience this?

I know that I make more than probably 70% of the people there, because they know I produce a client ready report and that I can do anything they throw at me. We don't have levels, but I guess if we did I'd be at the highest level. Telling how much you make isn't so bad, but when people know what company you work for and then what you make that isn't a good combination. The ONLY people I have ever discussed what I make with, are my husband and my MTSO owner. Talking about your salary/pay is enough to get your fired in lots of companies.

the recruiter. Once you are in with the company, the recruiter has nothing to do with you or your job. I want specifics about problems with THE JOB, not the recruiter. Specifics such as no or late checks, line counts being messed up, no work, taking bennies away with no explanation. Things that matter, not the recruiter.

I wish some MTs would start thinking about the business aspect of the industry. For example, this is a public site, so go to Google or another search engine and type [the co's name] and per line, and voila! now everyone knows how much you pay your MTs.

No, after I read a followup yesterday that said there were apologies and answered Michelle, I realized that and someone said to just get back to work and they were right.. even an apology was too much, plus it would look like I was just tagging along after JMO, which is what you are accusing me of now.
I just didn't understand where the posts went, it was odd, and I wanted to reiterate some things (the point I mentioned earlier, about seeing BOTH sides), but I see it really doesn't matter WHAT I say, you've already made up your mind about me and my motivations without even knowing me. Why am I explaining myself to you? I dunno.
