Please don't go there!

Just a warning, please do not go with this company!  I currently work there, and I starting the process of testing, sending out resumes, etc to get the heck out of there!  It wasn't the greatest place to work for in the first place though tolerable, but now that SPi has taken over, forget it!  It's steadily declining.  They are starting to take things away such as paying for downtime, paying less of a weekend or over your line count incentives, no overtime pay, not paying for phone conferences anymore etc.  They are trying to milk us for any free time they can get!!!

They are also getting very catty about things.  Once the managers were relatively nice and helpful, but they are being overloaded with so many extras that SPi wants them to take on that they are getting stressed and either ignoring our questions outright or being increasingly rude.  I also heard they raised insurance, although I'm not 100% on that as I do not use it. 

Again, please stay clear of them.  They're trying to make us work like they do overseas!
