If you stay within their 98% standard for QA reviews- you will be threatened off of the account (in my experience) if you make anything above a 98.9%. They will say their doctors expect better quality and if you keep on QA'ing like that then they will be forced to take you off of the account.
That was my first QA with the voice recognition platform and a missed a few minor things 98.9% was my lowest my others were 99.4% and 99.2% (there was a lot of nit-picking style in there might I add). I hate to see what would have happened if I QA'd below that!
Was the first time I was ever threatened off of an account for staying within QA standards. Every other place I worked for that won me an EXCELLENT JOB!
ANYWAYS, I was basically forced to leave because after that horrible *rolls eyes* QA score of mine, they stopped pooling me work. Any given time of the day I would log in and have 1 job ever at a time (if that) on an account that was known to have at least 60 jobs in queue at any given point in the day.
