I have been both IC with another company and PT with Transcend, the only difference I can see is the tax issue, nothing else changes. I have no PTO or holiday time. I have been able to schedule my PT hours as I choose on my account and my TL is really very flexible with time off, because as a PT they do not pay me. This is just my observation.
