No raises at this place. In fact, if you get to fast, they offer you ASR at half the cpl. If you get too fast they find a way to write you up for going too fast, saying that you are not up to company's standard, even if you are over transcription's gold standard of 98%. They really get hung up, so don't hang on. They are not worth your sweat or your time.
