Do you really want to work for a company that admits that it offshores its work and leaves the US MT high and dry. Then they want you to work on your days off without overtime or extra incentive because they don't have a clue about how to schedule in the first place. They pay extra on some holidays but ONLY if you are scheduled to work on that day. If you aren't scheduled to work you don't get any incentives.
