From my POV, there is no lack of MTs wanting to work 3rd shift in the USA. I love working 3rd shift. Unfortunately, the 2 accounts that I have do not provide me with enough work to fill the entire 3rd shift!! So, I am forced to change jobs entirely or find additional part-time jobs to fill in the gaps.
