Yes. Go into the PC ShortHand Program folder, copy everything in it onto a zip drive. And then download the version of Shorthand you have onto the new computer. Once you've done that you can then copy all these files into the new program file! You'll get like 14 days free, but after that you need to purchase a license. $99.95 for lifetime. The best $100 I ever spent. Good luck.
