I am fed up and sick and tired of this. filed for partial unemployment I don't know completely your situation, but a few years ago, I filed for partial unemployment while employed at a service b/c the workload was extremely sparse and did receive it. When I filed, I also went looking for a new job and found one within a month. My suggestion like others is to start looking now for a new job, but if the workload is low, you could possibly get partial unemployment now until a new job is found. Every state is different, so you would have to check with the unemployment office in your state regarding benefits, insurance, etc. Good luck in your search! I "thought" that if you filed in your jurisdiction naming her jurisdiction as the jurisdiction that handled it that courts would send it to that jurisdiction and have them handle it. It seems I did that once, but I could be wrong. I sure would not want to tell her wrong. I worked form them as well and it was a terrible the glowing reviews on here of late, and there are 2 reasons for it: 1. For the umpteeenth time, there is some MT out here who works for a different Landmark, and she always gets in on the PA Landmark thread and claims they are wonderful. 2. I honestly believe the posters who praise were 100% management or supervisors, as I know many MTs who worked for them - we all knew each other before - and not one had a good experience, not a single one. Personalities aside, they are a tiny overflow company, and they never have steady work for even part time. So, nothing has changed, yet someone keeps lying on this board and acting like they are multiple people and how great the company is. Its so sad that this continues on here. How can you receive an email form your company if your email is not typed exactly right? It will never be delivered into your inbox, but will go right back to the company, as 'not able to deliver.' For starters, using patient's names is incorrect and you have yours all throughout that medical report. OSI true to form: I am ready to quit on the spot I just got my latest paycheck from OSi and did not get paid the extra 5 cpl holiday pay. The reason???
