work half the time. T/L told me they had to hire more people because the work might pick up before long. What a dunce.

MDI/Transcend picked up where MQ left off, just learned more tricks along the way. Not a nice place to work anymore

Figured out why teamleaders like accounts overstaffed.
They get a big bonus for meeting objectives of keeping reports in turn-around time. What a joke. We starve and they get fatter.
Unfortunately, there are too many companies out there overstaffed with MTs but short on managers and
people who are supposed to work with you on training, get you set up etc. Nothing is worse than taking a job and just sitting there being nonproductive because they havent gotten their crap together. I think we've all been there. That's a deal breaker for me. If I have no support in any shape or form and no organization, then you have no employee. That's my motto. Life is too short to waste time like that.
Overstaffed and poor team leaders and communication.
