This seems to be one of the main topics on this site. Although I am certainly not fond of American work being outsourched to another country, let me explain my version why this is readily happening. For example, a company has approximately 85% of their employees who refuse to work any other shift but the traditional 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. shift, which from my past experience seems to be the preference, although not without good reason i.e. children who are in school during the day and a spouse working that shift. Now here is the simple conclusion. What does the company you work for do with all the stats that are yet to be typed past 5 p.m.? They usually will monetarily try to entice people to work flexible shifts, which is simply what All Type did in their recent ads on this site in order to stay in their TAT or else they lose the account and you lose your job. If they are still unable to find enough employees to work when they need them to, then the company has no choice but to outsource the work in order to keep the account going. Gosh, I am far from a genius, but certainly could figure that one out all on my own.
