When I do a high-maintenance VR report (lots of corrections, dictator go-backs and formatting crap), I sometimes feel like this

Or even worse, like this or . Rarely do I feel this way unless its one of the rare well-trained work types/dictators that ends up in my queue of over 125 dictators on the account.
MTSOs GET A CLUE!!! NO ONE LIKES HIGH MAINTENANCE!!! If it's high maintenance it should be serviced accordingly (i.e. higher pay).
