why are you harping on the schedule and productivity nonsense? As I stated, my interactions with that person had nothing to do with that, so please don't make unfounded assumptions.
At some point, every MT there has to interact with that person whether they are doing their job or not...would you not agree? I have never in my life encountered someone with such an abrasive personality as that person in my entire career.
It is wonderful that you are happy there. Everyone does not share your opinion (past and present employees). Please respect the fact that everyone does not feel the same way that you do and it is possible that it may not have had anything to do with their schedule or performance as there are many other topics/issues that requires one to have to communicate with that person.
