I have been with them for nearly a year. For the most part I have been happy, if I had a problem with an account they would work with me. I was going to leave a while ago, but they offered me more and were willing to do whatever they could to make me happy. Honestly, management is great (those I have dealt with anyway). I recently decided to look for another job only because of the offshore issue and the lies on this board. To me that says more about a company than anything they can do to keep me happy. I can't support working for a company that is trying to take our jobs in what really comes down to money for them (not for us). Anyway, I've accepted a job with a company that only hires US MTs, I',m leaving in a few weeks. It's been interesting and I give them credit for their mentor program, beyond that, there is better out there. As far as experienced MTs go though, you are better off going where American MTs are appreciated. In the end offshoring will be the downfall of many of those companies.
