Oh please....

Of course I know the ins and outs, but hey if tech support wants us to know all about our PCs and their software compatibility, then I guess they don't like their jobs.  If we all knew what IT people know, then these MTSOs wouldn't tech support would they?  So whatever....  you people are out of control!  get a grip already! 

Backwards typist - that's a broad statement to make!  If people don't know they shouldn't own one.  Well heck if that applies to everything on this Earth, we'd probably have nothing.  I had to learn how to use my new washing machine.  Oh, maybe I shouldn't have bought one, then..   Be real!
