OT

Your state's employment commission handles exactly this type of matter. You must provide them with documentation of your hours worked, and how much you were paid.

They will review your claim, and if found to be valid (hours worked x actual wages paid), under FEDERAL law the company will have to pay all back wages for federally mandated OT at time and a half due you and all the other employees who they find have not been paid. In other words, when you file a claim and provide documentation, your state or federal employment commission will investigate on behalf of all entitled employees. The company would have to pay ALL back OT, probably up to the statue of limitations, and a huge fine.
