I thought OSi would be great, but only lasted a month. They had a flexible schedule-a 12-hour window-that I thought would be perfect, but their idea of having flex time was for you to be flexible to their whims and needs, which doesn't work when you have small children. They wanted me to work all different hours, an hour or two here and there, but with small children it is impossible.
I was also constantly running out of work even though they trained me on 3 accounts.
Then to top the cake off they stole my $50 deposit on their dictaphone foot pedal. I have a tracking # saying I returned it, but everytime I called about getting my deposit back, they told me it was on its way... Well it's been 6 months...
