What gives?? Things normalized for the last 3 of 4 weeks with regards to decent-quality dictation. Now for the last several days ALL dictation has been TERRIBLE dictators...I just don't understand what goes on behind the scenes to create that type of environment. Horrible dictation for an entire shift is totally exhausting and certainly is NOT conducive to quality transcription. Day after day...it's ridiculous. Are we not smart enough to notice?????
