Okay let's be rational about this..the people who don't work there, don't understand the frustrations the MTs have. They don't understand that the QA Manager has no business being in that position and that OSi has lost good MTs, good QA people because of all this. OSI needs to understand the reasoning behind all the negativity. Try to have a conference call with the supervisor and the supervisor does not get in a word edgewise because the QA manage is flapping her mouth. As a result, the MTs are in the dark because the QA Manager does not understand the account specs and sends emails that everyone is wondering "huh", what is she talking about. This is the reality of OSI. The MTs are just stressed to the max with all the BS that goes on there. Unless you work there or if you are a "brown nose", you understand the reality of this mess.
