I have worked for OSi for a few years. OSi is not running out of work. OSi gives you a primary account and offers you back up accounts should your primary account run low. But the MT has to be willing to work on more than one account. In my years with OSi, I have NEVER had a day where there was no work. I always had the choice to go to another account.
