OSI?

I just started a part-time job at a MTSO, and I absolutely hate their software set up--slow, clunky, their spell check is not case sensitive, and the features they touted as state-of-the art are anything but. And to top it off, Instant Text doesn't work correctly (new entries come up as gibberish), and their Expander doesn't have any abbreviations built into it.

Any thoughts on OSI? I understand they use Extext, and I have read it's pretty user friendly. I have heard a lot of mixed reviews about the company in general, but I'd be interested in any current or ex-employees' opinion--in general terms and in regard to Extext.  Thanks in advance. G
