I've worked with more than my share of head-cases too,
('If they're nuts, just get rid of them by moving them up the corporate ladder!')
I worked at RIU and quit also due to SM
poor management - no one able to help you much - disorganization and poor pay - you never can get a pay raise - and they work you to the bone

Had no problems with pay and supervisor was great, but did not have enough work.
I worked for SS several years ago but quit cause of
meched. Imagine my surprise when couple years after that I got a check in the mail from SS for $300+ dollars. It came with a form from the labor board saying money was for the money SS gyped me out of by dinking with line counts. Can you say, KARMA, boys and girls?
I worked for them a year ago and quit, but now I work for them again and....
I am very happy. I could never get any work before or if I had a question I could never get it answered. I am now on a different platform at a different hospital and am happy. Pay is also always on time (direct deposit.) I could care less if they are indian run, they pay me on time and leave me to my work.
I quit because it was a crappy company. I worked in QA.
There was so much crap like you are spewing here. My standards are much higher than SS and I told H so when I quit.

I havent heard a word about an incentive and I have worked there almost 2 years so I guess I didnt
qualify for whatever status you needed to get an incentive. Is this something you get every pay period if you meet a quota or just something quarterly. Just curious.

Medquist made me buy a new computer to go to the "Docuscribe" system that was so much better than cottage. When I got there I took a real big pay cut to the tune of probably 30 to 40%. I was getting paid gross lines doing Cedars-Sinai operative reports. I asked for more per line and my supervisor just laughed and said you think were going to pay you $0.12 a line to just do operative reports! I said I quit. I should have said F you and your mamma too:( I had been there all together 7 years through buyouts. I am just sick of it all. I'm going to go sew my daughter a cute little Halloween outfit right now.
The platform is Word. Their program works with Word but does not change how Word works. nm
The benefits just changed the first part of this month. I don't have them but I remember them being reasonabl for a single person. Family and spouse was not reasonable in any way (in my opinion).

Um, not so overdramatic. It's happening to a lot of MTs. Not all of us have a hubby with a decent paying job and bennies to rely on. And getting on food stamps? Honey, they aren't handing them out like candy. Around here you have to jump through hoops to get them and even then I'm considered to make too much to receive them. And yes, I have eaten crackers and peanut butter etc just to make sure my kids ate. This is why I'm going to go back to school. Something that actually pays a living wage. Because sitting for an 8 hour shift and getting maybe 8 jobs isn't feeding my kids.

ExText is integrated with Word. Auto correct is a part of Word.
ExText is a Word based platform. When the page opens for you to type the document it will be just like you are typing in MS Word.

when the time came, they did not follow through with their promise. Alot of MT's walked and now work for nationals and are much more happy and make a whole lot more money, including myself.
