on the insurance, because I don't have it. I believe the line count is 12,000 lines for FT employee per week... But you might want to double check that. As far as the pay, I am not really sure how they determine that and how experience relates into that. I definately make more with them than with MedQuist, but I came to Medquist as a newbie. Also,I am not sure if they have extra pay for difficulty. The account I am on is pretty straight forward with those few tough ESLs I mentioned earlier. I just do back hospital stuff, d/c, H&P, ER, OP, consults, EEGs, etc. I know they do some other stuff like path, but not on my account. Also, I would ask them if and when and how they determine if you are eligible for a pay rate increase.... I would be really interested to know that information if you would want to pass it along.
