I would definitely not recommend, at least for their school which I went to and didn't learn anything. They constantly were changing teachers and would never answer my questions. There are other schools out there I should have gone to because I still can't get a job. :(

I recommended MTA
I would strongly recommend Medical Transcription Associates, Inc. out of Virginia. They are a small transcription company but the owners are wonderful family oriented people. They only pay .05 per line but they treat you wonderful and they have a lot of work.

They constantly change teachers and I went through 4 teachers in 9 months because they all quit and they don't tell us why, and they never answered my questions and I finished the course not knowing anything and not being able to get a job. Not worth the money I paid!

another MT who I have a lot of respect for who worked for them as an IC in the past highly recommended them to me. Said the owner is great and the work is good. They didn't have what I was looking for at the time but I've kept them on my list for future reference!

Here are some companies I am interested in applying with, and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding any of them? I have cut my hours with MQ to PT, and I'm looking for a second PT job. So far here are the ones I have found...

Totally agree ATSI not recommended
They subcontract with Spheris. Just about when you get one account learned they lose that account or switch you to another one with complete different specs and learning curve decreases line count. Want to be a full-time employee with benefits not happening here at this company
