what in the world is your problem? there are more aggravated, angry, mean women on this board than any MT board Ive ever posted at.. it has gotten worse than usual in the last year.. seriously seriously strange posters here, angry, townhall angry like.. what is the deal with you people?

from the buddy system. her replacement has been working for WEEKS training to do her job and nobody has said a word. I AM OUTTA THERE!!!!

Very disorganized, you are deducted points for leaving blanks, and if you fall below a certain point your pay is deducted, and with all the deductions, most of the time for things that shouldn't be deducted, you will fallow below the quality requirement. There is an ongoing forum right now on the Focus Form, about the inexperience QA/QCs. Most of the MTs and QCs are fresh out of transcription school, because no one with any length of experience would stay at Focus. QC/QA not all on the same page. There are a lot of inexperienced MTs and QCs working for Focus. The most disorganized place I have ever had the opportunity to be involved with. There is a total lack of communication between QC/QAs, MTs, Team Leads and Management. To let you known how disorganized they are, I quit before actually transcribing any documents, and they sent me a check for 56 dollars. Go figure... Maybe it was for my 20-minute training. Who knows.
I would hope it would come from an insider......

MORE OSI INSIDER TRADING
Just announced a new account coordinator for the fired one when they did not even post the job for people to apply to it. She got her promotion because she has stuck it out for nearly 2 years with OSI. Or more than likely a relative or buddy of somebody important. Guess longevity counts. Two years. Can I make it that long. Don't think so.

Insider secret at OSI but everyone knows
The top QA people have horrible grammar and spelling skills and they have been promoted to management because they did so poorly in the MT pool and because they knew all the right people for a promotion. This is a well-known fact. The QA pay is very low but this kept them from losing their jobs.
Ask insider if her company is in position to take on MTs from other company who are familiar
