Not for me

I did not work for them, but I went through the application process. Testing, interview, telephone test, sending transcript from school, giving them 3 references that they check. It was a long, involved process. They offered me a position as soon as one became available. It took about 2 weeks when she called back with an opening. I am glad because it gave me time to come to my senses, and I said no.
They offer good production incentive bonuses which sound reasonable until you realize that their pay period is every week instead of every 2 weeks. They will charge you a fee for using their platform, or you can buy it up front for some ridiculous amount of money. Also, at the end of the interview process when they offer you a provisional position, they tell you that you have to be willing to sign a 1-year contract. If you quit before that year is up, you forfeit your last 2 weeks pay.
I noticed when searching online that they hire a lot of new grads. For a new graduate, this might not be a bad gig. It is somewhere to start.
If you have experience though, I would look elsewhere.
Oh, and did I mention they use the virtual black character method of counting lines? This means you do NOT get paid for any spaces, returns, tabs, etc. Only for Keystrokes that result in a black character on the page.
Hope this helps!
