Not everyone is doing poorly with VR

I can't speak for anyone else, but I make 4 cpl on VR and I'm still able to make a decent living, about $16 an hour, that works for me. I work 10-12 hours a day by choice because I want to make over $150 a day and can do it. Maybe it has to do with the platform? Maybe some don't object because some don't see it as a huge loss. I know a brand new MT who is bringing home $800 every 2 weeks on VR and that works for her. I guess it all depends on the platform and the accounts and what you are able to live on, but you are assuming everyone is in the same boat and feel the exact same way about VR and that just isn't true. You are creating this negative vibe and assuming that we will all be doomed. Just wait! Just wait! Well, I'm making 4 cpl, so what's your point?

I have many, many years of experience and they wanted to pay me 7 cents a line for ER. Ummm, no thanks! Who can make it on that kind of pay? They want to say their benefits are so great but what if you aren't interested in those? They don't pay you any more. I don't care how great of a company they claim to be; 7 cents does not cut it.

of the companies are just that. They also treat MTs poorly and pay poorly. It's part of the industry now, expect to be treated like nothing and you will never be disappointed.
They pay late, wrong and poorly.
Plenty of better companies out there.

Mgmt - poorly written emails
I know those employed in mgmt in our field are probably very busy and have little time to spend making sure their emails to staff are perfect, but doesn't taking the time to do so set the example of what our business is all about? I know tons of threads have probably been started on this topic, but I am almost wondering if the email I read tonight was written by someone who even understands English very well! Could this be a sign of offshoring? LOL. I know that's harsh. It just irks me to read such garbage and at the same time being asked to do my job 150% faster with better quality. Ugh. 
p.s. I am scared to death I made a typo myself in this msg, but hey this is a forum, not a message to my staff!
