Not enough MTs?

The following quotes are taken from the eScription (Nuance) website. I had a good laugh and wanted to share. Do you think maybe the reason Nuance appears to have such a difficult time hiring qualified and hardworking U.S.A. transcriptionists is because they are trying to justify some of the following statements?
Our company is dedicated to helping healthcare organizations increase the productivity of medical transcription. In light of cost pressures, aging dictation systems, and a shrinking pool of medical transcriptionists (MTs), medical records departments are looking for new ways to deliver the high quality reports and fast turnaround time their organizations demand.
Cost pressures are forcing managers to make the most out of lean resources, while at the same time it is becoming increasingly difficult to hire qualified, local MTs should one need to be replaced. One Transcription Supervisor described the unusual challenge: “Even if I could afford to hire more MTs, I wouldn’t be able to find them.”
Clinicians who dictate are relieved that no explicit training is involved, and that they can speak as naturally and as quickly as they want.
MTs who edit say that they don't want to go back to the 'old way.'
Powerful speech processing technology produces accurate, fully formatted first draft documents that MTs quickly review and edit. Many eScription customers have determined that MTs who edit can do so in half the time it takes them to type dictations from scratch.
