similar experience. I already had Word so didn't have to purchase it. I think they have another platform too but I didn't work on that so I couldn't give you any information. I had the same experience with QA. I got the feeling I was marked from the get go for some reason. I've since moved on and enjoy my job very much without the QA stress.
