Not a problem here

I guess I see it a little differently. I get IM'd only when an account is behind and I'm asked NICELY if I would change over. Sometimes a STAT will be assigned, but I don't take that personally since it is importent to an account, and the supervisor needs to please the facility. This happens very rarely. I also get IMs to thank me for being flexible and to just say I'm appreciated. I don't think it's unreasonable for a supervisor to expect you to be on line when you agree to work certain hours. I'm not happy with everything at OSi (think VR), but IM is not a biggie, in my opinion. I'm aware certain supervisors and certain accounts do things differently, but these are just my experiences.
