No way. Here's why..

It is a cost of doing business for the company.  Whether employee or an IC, I was given the advice many years ago to never work for anyone who was not willing to provide everything I needed to do the job.  Granted, today many of us work for MTSOs and use our own computers, but if they can't supply the software, then that is a red flag, a financial red flag.  As I said, it is a cost of doing business for them, not the MT.  They got the account, not the MT.  Rather goes back to the post of would you pay someone to work for them?
