I just got off a phone interview with this very company. Very nice to talk to and there are a few positives, I'll give them that...
But I do think that a rate based on your production (and starting out so very low to begin with) rather than knowledge, work type, etc. and then, on top that, giving you an incentive for what should be required (they actually take 96% quality? Wow.) does not sit well with me. Sure, point out the 55 character lines, and I'll point to no spaces, no carriage returns and there goes a large percentage of income (I've read 25-30%) I did some math, and from what I've seen I'd rather work at 65 character lines with spaces... so, no thank you, Transolutions.
