This is a fine example of someone wanting some attention and they sure got it!

I have been bashed for posting that people should search the archives about companies as this is what it has come to in that no one wants to stick their neck out and quite frankly I wouldn't either.

Here's an example: I have posted I know at least 4 times about Transcend. They were wonderful to me even though I am not working for them. I applied, heard back, got a good line rate, started training, and had a death in the family. They were wonderful about it, but a month later didn't have the hours I could give available. That is not their fault; it's mine. I couldn't complete the training, so they had to move to the next candidate; that's water under the bridge. I would still highly recommend this company and I personally experienced the recruiter and felt she was very professional. I would go back in a heartbeat if I wanted full-time employee status and could work the days they were looking for.

I think that's why my posts of check the archives I felt was right for me to say. Others do not feel that way. However, time and time again I'd love to comment on Transcend, but it does get old and I'm sorry but that's how I feel. When I do a search on a company, I can usually come up with a lot of posts regarding that company both new and old. The companies being asked about are discussed over and over and over again.

As far as Transtech, they had the best reputation of being wonderful and when they ran out of work they were bashed to death. Whether it was overhiring or not, we don't know that for certain. We can assume that's what happened.

Another company, MDI-MD seems to overhire, but I've seen posts where some have plenty of work and others do not; so which posts do you believe, or do you just believe them all.

It's stated here to take all of these comments with a grain of salt.
