No, nothing has done about it. Still the same via

Ichart.  They did open up Ctrl i, but it is not an accurate count, because they do not pay for everything that is shown with Ctrl i.  Ichart is okay, because we have no way of verifying our line counts, either by job #, etc.  Maybe all companies are like that now.  I think we should be able to see each job that we have finished with the line count for that job.  The absolute best way would be able to use CTRL i, as some are allowed to use, and that be an accurate, up-to-date count, minute-by-minute.  Ichart is just not dependable, as it lags, etc.

I wish some other MT's from other companies would comment on the way they verify their line counts, or view their line counts on a periodic basis throughout the day, being able to view each and every report with a line count for each and every job up-to-the-minute.

      • I can verify my lines at Spheris, but not all - platforms allow for that.
