they yank you around by shutting the work off or overhiring so that you agree to shift to nights and weekends. After you do that, then there is rarely work at that time as well to meet the full-time line requirement. Then, the e mails come stating how disappointed they are when the day before they said you were great for keeping TAT (while you had less lines). My theory is they like as many people prn as possible to type at the lower rate, get lots and lots of MTs working to keep TAT and at a lower rate, while the choice few give glowing reports. Then, the rest of us think it is us, until we start comparing notes, and see this goes on to many. I just think it is a veiled way of appearing on the up and up while paying less with a carrot dangling. Carrots don't pay bills, nor buy Christmas gifts for family. Carrots feed rabbits.
