I don't know if only ICs can void a contract so binding as to limit you to working for ONLY that company, but I did terminate a job at MQ because they expected me to be involved in no way, shape, or form with any other MT company, period. I had my own company at the time and they were aware at the time of hire - they fully expected me to close my doors. Lesson learned!
