In Reply to: Termination - TT112
After only 3 days with QA, and mind you my QA mentor barely spent 45 minutes with me each nite, always saying SHE WAS TOO BUSY to route me MORE WORK....I was given a call by my just newly announced supervisor and told I was up for termination if I did not hit 98% within the next four hours of my new training shift, which would have been the 4th, COUNT THEM FOUR, day! I have never heard of any company expecting someone to be completely up to 98% when learning and training on a new platform is involved, considering the learning curve of becoming used to an entirely new hospital of over 1,000 physicians, etc., not to mention a lazy QA Editor who sits behind a computer being paid 26 bucks an hour just to pick apart your work, so she creates ERRORS to insure that she gets her 7 hours in! Thats my experience!
