The MDI-MD owner does same; maybe that is who you are speaking of. In her case, she is not an MT, is a very competent and very busy person working hard on behalf of the MT, and already knows her flaws. I think to bring it to their attention is not really recognizing the proper dynamics between worker and company. It does not reflect the quality of reports that WE do. Now my QA and sup's do not send out these errors in ther communication. but the owner does. if you work for another company and feel it reflects on the company negatively, ie with the clients, then i'd just suggest getting a different job. thats my opinion anyway.
