I asked too when I was hired and I honestly don't believe that they do. I left one company that outsourced and lied about it for one that didn't. So far so good. When I inquired here about Transtech I was told by someone I would never regret working for them and I haven't. I still can't believe there is a company like them around, gotta pinch myself every once in a while.
