So do you think I should stay where I am and 0.10 per line? They have incentives where I am, but it doesn't go back to line 1, it's only from 1201 to whatever you get and it is 0.005 and PTO is at a flat $12/hr where TT is your average hourly over 5 payperiods. I'm torn! I've had too many jobs in the last year and a half to count where I'm promised the moon and the stars and then they don't deliver or run out of work or have a crappy system that is totally not productive.
