Been doing this for 10 years now and the slow periods aren't just holidays now. I can't figure it out really, although good point about overstaffed for TAT - that could be. It's so frustrating. The company I'm at just keeps telling us it's normal for this time of year - huh? I don't buy it. The work has never been this lean before. Things are really, really changing in this business. Pretty awful and bleak. Trying to keep my chin up though, like all of us are...
